Small print

• Options 1 & 2: voucher is valid from Fri 20 Sep 2019 until Sat 30 Nov 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Option 3: voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct 2019 until Sat 30 Nov 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 18 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Option 1 and 2: double, king or twin sea view room available.
• Option 3: king executive room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge of £50 per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a £24 dinner allowance per person towards food on the menu; excludes drinks. Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel when booking. No gluten / wheat fee options available. Option 2 dinner is on one night only; option 3 dinner is on both nights.
• Option 2 and 3 include a bottle of Casa Gheller Prosecco in room on arrival; cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• No children permitted.
• 2 small dogs or 1 large dog permitted in limited rooms at a supplementary charge of £20 for the first night and £5 for any additional nights; please discuss and pay directly with the hotel at the time of booking.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
