Small print

Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Jun 2017 until Tue 31 Oct 2017, treatments Mon 10am – 2pm, Tue - Sun 10am – 4.30pm, afternoon tea available 7 days 12 noon – 5pm; subject to availability.

Spa will close at 3pm on the following dates: 3, 15 June, 1, 15, 29 July, 5, 11, 12, 19, 26 Aug, 2, 8, 9 Sept, 14 Oct 2017.

A supplementary charge of £5 per person is required for Saturday bookings; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Oct 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16’s only.

Groups can be accommodated however treatments will be take place one after the other, not at the same time. Max of 10 per group, subject to availability.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.

Treatment is suitable for those in remission of cancer for over a year.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Treatment duration: approx. 25mins.

Afternoon tea is served in the lounge, conservatory & courtyard, menu can be viewed here; subject to change.

Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink. 

Vegetarian options are available. Please discuss any dietary requirements at the time of booking.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
