• Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid Mon 9.30am - 3.30am, Tue & Fri 9.30am - 5.30pm, Wed - Thur 9.30am - 9pm, Sat 8.30am - 4.30pm and Sun 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 22 Mar 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Massage is permitted for over 16s only and facial for over 14s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Full body deep tissue massage is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. Other treatments are suitable after the first trimester.
• Treatment is suitable suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1: treatment duration 30mins.
• Option 2: treatment duration 1hr.
• Option 3: treatment duration 2hrs.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
•  Wheelchair access available. Please note there are no disabled facilities.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
