• Voucher is valid on Sat 26 Aug to Mon 28 Aug 2017 only; subject to availability.
• Race takes place on Sun 27 Aug, 2pm – 4pm.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thu 30 Mar 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. Vouchers are transferable up to 30 days prior to the event at a cost of £100. They are non-transferable after this point.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Meeting point: Edinburgh Airport – you will be sent, by recorded delivery, a pack and tickets instructing on the exact meeting point 4 weeks prior to event.
• Hand luggage only; extra luggage can be taken for an additional cost, discuss with World Choice Sports.
• You must have a full up-to-date and valid passport and your own travel insurance to cover you in the event of flights not departing due to weather etc.

• On race day Sun 27 Aug, members will make own way to Brussels Midi Station for 0645 departure to Spa-Francorchamps GP circuit. After the race, make your way to the drop-off point behind Silver 2 stand. Coaches return from the circuit at approx. 4.30pm.
• Bronze General Admission viewing banks are located throughout the circuit. Upgrades to Gold and Silver packages available. Please discuss with World Choice Sports at time of booking.
• No age restrictions. Under 16s need to be accompanied by an adult.
• Please discuss all medical conditions with World Choice Sports prior to purchase. Health conditions that may require medical clearance are: recent illness, hospitalisation, injury or surgery, existing unstable medical condition, need for additional oxygen or use of medical equipment on board, travelling for medical reasons or treatment.
• Sorry, no wheelchair access.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption and surrendered at the airport; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
