• 1 night stay - voucher is valid from Fri 25 Oct 2019 until Sun 22 Dec 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• 2 night stay - voucher is valid from Fri 25 Oct 2019 until Sat 21 Dec 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 4 - 8 Nov and 11 - 15 Nov 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 4 per person.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12pm.
• Mountain view or garden view room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 3 course dinner; menu is subject to change. 2 night stay includes dinner on one night only.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes a glass of fizz each on arrival; alcohol can be substituted with a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child permitted; Children aged 0 - 4yrs go free, aged 5 - 14 yrs require a supplementary charge to be discussed directly with the hotel. 15+ are charged at full price.
• Max of 1 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
