Small print

• Option 1 (Sunday night only stay) voucher is valid from Sun 17 Feb 2019 until Sun 28 Apr 2019, Sun only; subject to availability. Excludes Mondays – Saturdays.
• Option 2 (two night stay) voucher is valid from Mon 11 Feb 2019 until Wed 1 May 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 15 Apr 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).  
• Please note that bookings can only be made from Sun 10 Feb 2019.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• One bedroom suite with a king bed.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival; can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Limited courtyard  parking is available free for up to 1hr for hotel guests, subsequent hours are charged at £2 per hour up to a max of £14 in a 24hr period; payable directly to hotel. Pay and display parking is available within 200yds of the hotel.
• Includes access to the fitness centre.
• No children permitted.
• Max of 1 small dog permitted in limited suites for a supplementary charge of £25 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel. For those with guide dogs please discuss directly with hotel in advance.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
