Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 16 Sep 2021 until Fri 14 Jan 2022, Thu - Fri 5pm - 10.30pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Sat - Wed and 25-26 and 31 Dec 2021.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; strictly 1 voucher / 4 people per table and per booking.
• Vouchers must be redeemed against food and drinks from the menu; vouchers cannot be used for drinks only.
• Menu is subject to change.
• Excludes any internal promotions.
• Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted until close with an adult.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
