Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 5 Jan 2019 until Sun 28 Apr 2019, Sat 12noon, 1.30pm or 3pm and Sun 2pm or 3pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mondays – Fridays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 1 Apr 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 13+; under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult and soft drinks will be provided. ID is required for over 18’s.
• Tour duration approx. 40mins.
• Max of 12 people per tour.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
