• Voucher is valid from Mon 14 Oct 2019 until Tues 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 - 26, 30, 31 Dec 2019 and 1, 2 Jan; 7, 8 Feb; 7, 8 Mar 2020.
• A supplementary charge is required per night for the following: Fridays £20 and Saturdays £40; payable directly to hotel.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Options 1 & 3: king double or twin room available.
• Options 2 & 4: four poster room available.
• Includes afternoon tea and a bottle of Prosecco; menu can be viewed here and is subject to change.
• Limited parking is available for a supplement of £14 per car per night, please discuss and pay direct to Brooks Hotel. 
• Max 1 child permitted per room. Babies; classed as aged under 2 stay free with cots provided, children up to 14 years require a supplementary charge of £20 per child including breakfast; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel. 
• No dogs permitted.
• Wheelchair access available; no adapted rooms.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
