• Voucher is valid from Thur 3 Oct 2019 until Sat 29 Feb 2020. Thur – Sat 9.30am – 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun – Wed and 21 Dec 2019 – 2 Jan 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 13 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding if a doctor’s note is presented.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa.
• Brow wax & tint takes approx. 35 mins and lasts approx. 4- 6 weeks.
• Lash lift & tint takes approx. 1 hour and lasts approx. 6-8 weeks.
• Patch test required 24-48 hours in advance.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
