Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 14 Nov 2016 until Thu 16 Mar 2017, Mon - Thur 9am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Friday – Sunday and 24 – 29 Dec 2016,  2, 3 Jan 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Mar 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted, max 2 per person.
• One voucher is valid for one valet for one car.
• Duration of gold valet is approx 60 mins.
• Duration of gold valet and shampoo is approx. 90 mins.
• Owners may be charged a supplementary £5 for any jobs expected to take more than 1.5 hours due to excessive dirtiness or pet hairs; this must be agreed on arrival and not at the end of the valet.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
