• Voucher is valid until Wed 30 Sept 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 31 Aug 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Oct to May options:
• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 9 Nov 2020 - 31 Jan 2021.

• Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Apr 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a family room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner options: Include a £30 food and beverage voucher which can be used against any food or drink. Menus are subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 14 and under and require a £30 (inc breakfast) supplementary charge to upgrade to a family room.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
