• Voucher is valid from Mon 13 Nov 2017 until Sat 3 Mar 2018, Mon - Wed & Fri 9am - 5pm, Thur 10am - 7pm and Sat 9am - 3pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays, 24 - 26, 31 Dec 2017 and 1 - 2 Jan 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 5 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is suitable suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 30 – 45 mins.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 2hrs – 2hrs 30mins. Patch test must be carried out at least 24 hours before the time of appointment; please discuss directly with salon.
• Deal is valid for selected stylists only.
• Option 1 can be upgraded to an in depth conditioning treatment by Olaplex for a supplementary charge of £5 per person; payable directly to salon.
• Option 2 can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per person for the following: half head of highlights £15 and full head £20; payable directly to salon.
• Any upgrades must be discussed with salon at time of booking.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
