• Voucher is valid until Wed 31 Jul 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 15 Jul 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• A supplementary charge of £10 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 1pm, check-out 12noon.
• Deluxe or superior double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; subject to availability. Family £10, four poster £20, king £30; supplements are per room per night.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a gin fizz cocktail on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Option 2 includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main course each; menu is subject to change. Excludes steak. Vegetarian options are available - please advise hotel when booking. Max 6 people per table.
• Max of 2 children permitted. A supplement of £25 per child per night applies including breakfast; payable to the hotel. All other meals charged taken. Family rooms will be allocated to accommodate children; subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
