• Voucher is valid from Tue 6 Jun 2017 until Tue 5 Sept 2017, Tue, Wed, Fri & Sat 10am – 5pm and Thur 10am – 7pm; subject to availability.
• Please note Friday and Saturday appointments will alternate each week; subject to availability.
• Excludes Monday and Sunday.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 22 Aug 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 vouchers per person.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during first trimester of pregnancy and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 30mins including consultation.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 45mins including consultation.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
