Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 – 26, 31 Dec 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £10 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 28 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Option 1 and 2: check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Option 3: check-in 2pm, late check-out 12.30pm.
• Club king double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Room can be upgraded to a deluxe room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Option 2 and 3 include a £20 per person dinner allowance towards the restaurant or bar menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise at time of booking. Option 3 dinner is on the first night only.
• Includes a bottle of wine on arrival; please advise red or white at time of booking. Alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child permitted; under 3s stay free when using existing beds; please discus directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available; please discuss at time of booking. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
