Small print

Option 1 & 2 vouchers are valid until Mon 3 Sept 2018, 7 days, Mon - Fri 7.30am - 6pm, Sat 9am - 5pm & Sun 10am - 5pm; subject to availability. Advance booking is not required. 

Option 3 voucher is valid until Mon 3 Sept 2018, 7 days, 2pm - 5pm (last sitting 4pm). Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked 24 hours in advance and by Mon 20 Aug 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.  

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 

Option 1: any hot drink or iced coffee and tray bake each

Option 2: any hot drink or iced coffee and either a panini, bagel, toastie or sandwich each

Option 3: afternoon tea only

Please note no alternative drinks are available.

Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  

• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
