• Voucher is valid until Sun 31 March 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes: 23, 24, 25, 26, 31 Dec 2017, 1, 2, 3 Jan and 14 Feb 2018. 
• A supplementary charge of £10 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Please note weekend availability is very limited; book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 March 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple purchases can be used for consecutive nights; please discuss direct. 
• Check-in 2.30pm, check-out 10.30am.  
• Option 1: Double or twin standard rooms available. 
• Option 2: Honeymoon Lodge. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 1 child per room; under 2s stay free, ages 2 – 12 require a supplementary charge of £20 per night including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Menu is subject to change. 
• 2 course dinner excludes steak. Vegetarian options available, no gluten/wheat free options available. 
• Option 2: includes a bottle of Prosecco to share; alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.  
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
