Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Sep 2021 until Fri 17 Dec 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 8 - 17 Oct 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with Dalnaglar Castle Estate, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Wester Caiplich sleeps up to 4 and has a mix of double and twin rooms.
• Easter Caiplich and Dalnaglar Cottage sleeps up to 6 and has a mix of double and twin rooms with a single room and a fold away bed.
• All cottages have 2 shower rooms, private hot tub, kitchen facilities, central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• A security deposit of £100 is required; payable directly upon booking and will be refunded upon check-out. Please discuss directly. 
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per dog per stay; payable directly. Dogs are only permitted in Wester Caiplich & Easter Caiplich.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
