• Voucher is valid from Wed 15 Jul 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Deluxe double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes afternoon tea picnic with cakes, scones and sandwiches; can only be enjoyed in room or outwith hotel. Vegetarian options available. Gluten/wheat free options not available.
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• On-site parking available for £10 per day.
• Max of 2 children permitted under age 12.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
