• Option 1 and 2 (midweek or weekend) voucher is valid until Mon 25 Mar 2019, Mon – Sat; subject to availability. Excludes Sundays.
• Option 3 and 5 (midweek) voucher is valid from Mon 21 Jan 2019 until Mon 25 Mar 2019, Mon – Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays – Sundays.
• Option 4 and 6 (weekend) voucher is valid until Fri 22 Mar 2019, Fri & Sat ; subject to availability. Excludes Sundays – Thursdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 11 Mar 2019 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.  
• Multiple purchases not permitted. 
• Check-in from 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Caravan:
  - Sleep 4 – 2 bedroom caravans feature a large double bedroom and twin bedroom sleeping four in comfort; suitable max 3 adults.
  - Sleep 6 – 3 bedroom caravan with one double and two twin bedrooms sleeping six in comfort; suitable for max 4 adults.
• Lodges:
  - Sleep 6 – 3 bedroom lodge is ideal for larger families and groups looking for generous accommodation.
  - Sleep 8 – 4-bedroom lodge comfortably accommodates up to eight people and is perfect for larger families or groups.
• Lodges and caravans can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per stay: hot tub lodge or caravan hot tub £60; please discuss directly with venue.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with the venue.
• Park Facilities: 
  - Reception is open daily 
  - Wi-fi access may be available, charges apply. (Camping Connect) 
  - Cot hire and high chair hire available 
  - Childrens' out door play area 
  - Laundry facilities 
  - Additional car parking area 
  - Dog walk on park 
  - On site wardens – 24 hours.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
