• Voucher is valid from Tue 22 Oct 2019 until Fri 31 Jan 2020, Tue & Thur 10am – 5.30pm, Wed 10am – 7pm, Fri & Sat 10am – 2pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays, Mondays, 2, 23 Nov, 7 Dec and 20 Dec 2019 – 8 Jan 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Jan 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission, however a doctor’s note will be required.
• Treatments are unsuitable for those suffering with inflamed acne; have oily skin or any other skin conditions on the face.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.  
• Option 1: Treatment duration approx. 30 mins.
• Option 2: Treatment duration approx. 45 mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.  
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
