• Voucher is valid from Fri 4 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Thur - Mon; subject to availability.
• Excludes Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only; bookings must be made at least 3 days prior to requested date.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• King guest room or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 includes a £20 per person dinner allowance towards the menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Onsite parking available.
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount; hotel can provide cribs free of charge for babies. Infants and children can be accommodated in interconnecting rooms, please contact the hotel directly for availability, costs and details.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available; please discuss directly with hotel at time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
