• Voucher is valid from Sun 25 Oct 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 31 Dec 2020 - 25 Apr 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel at time of booking.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thu 29 Apr 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12.30pm.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes cream tea served on arrival between 2pm and 5pm served in the lounge. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Free parking available.
• Children permitted; max 1 child per room. 12 yrs and under are classed as children. Supplement of £10 per child BB and must also upgrade to family room £20 payable directly to hotel at time of booking. Cots are not available.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per stay; payable directly to hotel at time of booking. Please discuss when booking.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
