• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Sun - Thu; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes Fri - Sat, 23-31 Dec 2021, 1-5 Jan and 10-19 Feb 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 3 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in from 4pm-6pm, check-out 10am.
• Lodge has one super kingsize bed.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with lodges.
• Free on-site parking available.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
