Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Apr until Wed 31 May 2017, 7 days, 10am – 5pm (last admission 4.30pm); subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 - 17, 22 - 23 Apr and 1, 29 May 2017.
• No advanced booking required.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Maximum of 2 vouchers per person.
• Option 1: two adult tickets; adults are classed as ages 16+.
• Option 2: family ticket including 2 adults and up to 4 children.
• Additional children may be permitted at standard rates; under 5's go free & ages 5 - 16 years are £5 per child.
• For audio handset tour a deposit of £5 per handset is required, with a full refund given when the handset is handed in at the Carriage Hall Exhibition at the end of the tour.
• Wheelchair accessible with ramped access to all exhibitions. Parking for disabled is available within the grounds. Please drive up to the ticket office and enquire.
• Admission charges include parking, access to the formal and vegetable gardens, the exhibitions in the stable area and largest room in the Castle, the ballroom.
• The admission charges include the audio handset tour, which is available in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. The audio tour is only available for admissions before 4.30 p.m.
• Please note that all other rooms within the Castle are not available to the public as these are Her Majesty The Queen's private rooms.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
