• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Sept 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24, 25, 26, 31 Dec 2018, 1, 2 Jan and 14 Feb 2019.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £10 is required per room per night for Friday and Saturday stays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Sun 10 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2.30pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a four poster room for a supplementary charge of £40 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Please note voucher is not valid on previously made bookings.
• Children permitted; hotel has one family room which has bunk beds with max of 2 children, if family room is unavailable Z bed can be added to standard rooms with max of one child. Under 12's require a supplementary charge of £20 per night including breakfast, ages 12+ are classed as adults; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
