Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Dec 2019 until Sat 29 Feb 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 19 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Eco pod available.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 1 children permitted; children can be accommodated on the single pull out bed.
• Dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
