• Voucher is valid from Thur 13 Aug 2020 until Mon 21 Dec 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 28-29 Aug, 27-28 Nov.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 2.30pm, check-out 11am.
• Stay in a city plus room.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a master suite for a supplementary charge per room per night to be discussed with and paid directly to the hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco each on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 2 children under 12 permitted in a family room sleeping on a sofa bed for a supplementary charge of £10 per night. All meals are paid as taken.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
