• Voucher is valid from Wed 24 Oct 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Wed – Sun 10am – 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mondays & Tuesdays plus 25 - 26 Dec 2018 and 1, 2 Jan 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Option 1: multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Option 2: multiple vouchers purchases not permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Facial is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Skin peel is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Skin peel may cause some redness.
• At least 2 weeks must be left between facials.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Treatment duration: approx. 45mins inc a 15 minute skin consultation.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Facial can be upgraded to add on either a LED mask or Gold Collagen Mask for a supplementary charge of £15; please discuss with and pay directly to salon.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
