Starters

  • Wild Scottish game terrine, celeriac and beetroot remoulade, liver mousse, roasted hazelnut, apple and quince jelly
  • Rich brown crab bisque, smoked salmon ravioli, lemon infused oil and winter root vegetable compote
  • Baked parmesan tartlet, buttered spinach, warm lentil and baby vegetable salad and balsamic reduction

Mains

  • Slow braised beef and skirlie wellington with maple glazed parsnip, savoy cabbage and garlic and thyme Pommes Anna
  • Risotto of seasonal sprouts, Brie de Meaux fritter, baked potato purée, cream truffle dressing and crispy kale
  • Pan fried sea bream with buttered spinach, butternut squash, sesame mayo and west coast mussel butter

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
