• Voucher is valid until Mon 28 Feb 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 1 Jun - 31 Oct 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 20 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm. 
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: king £30, double double £40 or special occasion room £50; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a welcome dram of house whisky on arrival.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival.
• Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes 3 course dinner from a set menu; subject to daily change. Option 3: Dinner is on the first night only.
• Option 3: Includes afternoon tea served between 1.30pm - 4pm. Afternoon tea is on the second day only.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.  
• Max of 3 children permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 per child, including breakfast all other meals charged as taken; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
