Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Sun 29 Mar 2020; Fri - Mon, 9am – 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Tue – Thur and 20 Dec 2019 – 5 Jan 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Mar 2020(we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Suitable for ages 12+; under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 30mins
• Option 2 duration: approx. 40mins.
• Option 3 duration: approx 45mins (between two people).
• Option 3: Includes the premium upgrade permitting name changes, late cancellation & rebooking.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
