• Voucher is valid from Fri 20 Mar 2020 until Sat 31 Oct 2020, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 13 - 15, 20 Apr, 4-7 May and 1 Jul - 31 Aug2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 4 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 3pm within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.  
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room, per night: sea view £20, superior and premier rooms £30; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes 3 course dinner from table d’hôte menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, dairy and gluten / wheat free options available; please advise hotel at time of booking. 
• Option 2: dinner can be taken on either night.
• Members can order from the bar menu for supplementary charge; payable directly to hotel.
• Includes a bottle of house red or white wine in room on arrival, please advise when booking; cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Wheelchair access available; please discuss at the time of booking as limited.
• Max of 2 children permitted; ages 12 and under stay free, ages 12+ are classed as an adult; all meals to be charged as taken; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 well behaved dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
