Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 21 Jan 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, Tue & Thur 10am - 5.30pm, Wed 10am - 7pm,  Fri - Sat 10am - 2pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mondays and Sundays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 14s only, under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1: treatment duration: approx. 45 mins.
• Option 2: treatment duration: approx. 1hr 20 min.
• Treatment lasts approx. 2 – 3 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
