Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 4 Jun 2021 until Fri 29 Oct 2021, Fri arrival only; subject to availability. Excludes Sat - Thur arrivals.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 30 Sept 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• Bookings can be changed up to 4 weeks prior to arrival; changes 2-4 weeks before arrival will incur a £40 supplementary charge, payable direct. Bookings cannot be cancelled/changed 2 weeks prior to arrival.
• Security deposit of £50 per person is payable upon booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Stay:
• Twin glamping tent; beds can be moved together to make a double bed.
• Complimentary continental breakfast provided; otherwise self-catering stay. Please inform of any food allergies at time of booking.
• Bedding is provided.
• Towels and toiletries are not provided; please bring your own.
• Check-in 4pm - 7pm; check-out 1pm. Late check-in/out will be charged at £10ph which will be deducted from deposit.
• Guests are requested to keep noise to an absolute minimum after 10pm with no campfire or BBQ remaining lit beyond 11pm.
• No wetsuits allowed in tents
• Reception area is open from 8.30am -5pm on Fri, Sat & Sun.
• Activities: 
• Includes 1 session each of target & paddle sports; climbing & abseiling. Max weight for climbing/abseiling 18stone.
• Activity duration between 1-2 hours per session and depending on group size.
• Moderate level of fitness required.
• Not suitable during pregnancy; please discuss any pre-existing health concerns or injuries when booking.
• Clothing requirements will be confirmed in an email from Action Adventure Activities. Specialist equipment such as wetsuits, buoyancy aids, helmets and other equipment will be provided.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted; 8yrs+ to take part in activities; under 18yrs must be accompanied by a participating adult; must be included in tent headcount.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
