- The Lomond Lounge is located after security and can be accessed using the stairs to the right of Fat Face or via a lift located across from Boots.
- Members can spend up to 3 hours in the lounge.
- Wheelchair access available.
- Children permitted. Children under 3 can go through priority security free of charge when with a paying adult.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

It was a great experience with lovely staff and lots of seating. Food and drink were both excellent.

Although very busy when we arrived we were well looked after and it was a lovely relaxing way to start our holiday.

Lounge is lovely and tastefully decorated
Nothing was a problem for the staff and they were very friendly.
It was very busy when we arrived and we did struggle to get a seat even although we had booked maybe our table could have been reserved.
We did miss out on most of the starters so maybe they could have been replenished but we were more than happy with our small plate and shortbread as we were only expecting a small snack and staff also went round with bar snacks.
