• Voucher is valid from Sat 15 May 2021 until Mon 31 May 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 24 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Jun - Sep:
• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Jun 2021 until Thu 30 Sep 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 14, 18, 22, 24, 28-29 Jun, 17 Jul and 9-12 Sep 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• A supplementary charge of £40 is required for Friday and Saturday stays for all stays Apr - Sep; payable directly to hotel.
• Online bookings only.
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2.30pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Overnight stay: stay in a standard double or twin room.
• 3 night stay: stay in a city view room.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: city view - £10, superior room - £20, family room - £50, duplex suite - £60; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco each on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. Should any Covid related government restrictions apply in regard to the provision of alcohol at the time of stay, non-alcoholic alternative will be offered.
• Max of 2 children under 12yrs permitted; requires upgrade to a family room for £50 per night, breakfast included. Please discuss and pay directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted except guide dogs.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
