• Voucher is valid until Fri 31 Mar 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 10, 11 Feb 2017.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 
• Double or twin classic room available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: River view room £10, Deluxe £30, Deluxe River View £40 or Suite £50; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner is available from the 3 course table d’hote menu or you can choose to have a £15 per person allocation towards the a la carte menu.
• Menus are subject to change.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children permitted in an upgraded deluxe room only, upgrade for a £30 per room per night supp charge; max of 2 children permitted. Children under 14’s stay free paying for meals as taken, those aged 14 – 18 require a supplementary charge of £10 per child per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
