Small print

• Voucher valid until Wed 28 Feb 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 13 Dec 2017 - 5 Jan and 9 Feb - 19 Feb 2018.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 10 Jan 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Bookings can be made from Mon 13 Nov 2018. You may email before then but responses will be limited.

• Once you have booked your stay and it has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, however, your voucher can be used by other family or friends for that date. Booking dates can be amended - subject to a £20 fee payable to Lagnakeil. Your voucher will be forfeited if not used.

Multiple purchases not permitted. One voucher can be purchased per person; additional vouchers can be purchased as gifts.

Check-in between 3pm – 6pm, check-out 10am. Please note, if you are going to be late for check-in you must inform hotel directly. 

• Additional nights can be booked at special itison discounted rates of only £60 (Ash) or £80 (Conifer) per night, upgrade to a week-long stay for just £200 (Ash) or £250 (Conifer) – must be requested upon initial booking, not retrospectively, and paid directly to Lagnakeil; subject to availability.
• Children permitted at no extra charge and included in the overall headcount.
• The local pub operates flexible opening hours during the winter months, mainly weekend opening. Please check for seasonal opening times.
• Electricity is charged as used (metre reading), approx £2 per night, to be paid upon departure.
• Linen and towels provided.
• Max 2 pets permitted at an additional £4 per pet per night. Must be requested upon initial booking, not retrospectively, and paid directly to Lagnakeil.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
