• Voucher is valid until Sat 29 Jan 2022, Tue 9am - 5pm, Wed 12noon - 9pm, Thu 10am - 7pm, Fri 9am - 6pm and Sat 9am - 4pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes Sun - Mon, 1 - 31 Dec 2021 and 1 - 10 Jan 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Jan 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1: treatment duration approx. 30-45 mins depending on hair length.
• Option 2: treatment duration approx. 3 hours depending on hair length. Patch test is required at least 48hr before your appointment. Treatment lasts up to 7 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance. 
• Deal is valid with Erin or Kaytlyn only.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
