• Voucher is valid from Mon 7 Jan 2019 - Mon 4 March 2019. Mon & Tues 9:30am - 5:30pm; Wed 9:30am - 8pm; Thurs & Sat 9:30am - 4pm. 
• Excludes Fridays & Sundays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 18 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted; max 2 per person.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Option 1: No Chip manicure with colour only; approx. 45mins.
• Option 2: Diamond Eyes package inc eyebrow wax & tint and eyelash tint; approx 25 mins.
• Option 3: No Chip manicure and Pristine No Chip pedicure; approx. 90mins.
• Suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Colour only manicure or pedicure can be upgraded to custom colour, nail art or French finish for a supplementary charge of £5; payable directly to salon.
• Excludes gel removal.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Nail treatments can last up to 3 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
