• Option 1: Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jun until Tue 27 Aug 2019, subject to availability. Valid Mon - Wed arrivals. Excludes Thurs - Sun. 
• Option 2: Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jun until Thur 29 Aug 2019, subject to availability. Valid Mon - Tue arrivals. Excludes Wed - Sun.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 15 Aug 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 11am.
• Standard double room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: Elite Room £60 or suite £80; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 children permitted; ages 2 and under stay free, ages 3 - 11 require a supplementary charge of £20 per child per night inc breakfast and ages 12+ are classed as adults. Travel cots can be hired for a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted in selected pet friendly rooms at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel. Dogs are permitted in the lounge but are not permitted in the bar or restaurant area.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
