• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Apr until Thu 30 Jun 2022, Thu - Sun; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mon - Wed.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 31 May 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Stay in a standard double or twin room.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a suite for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Children ages 17 and under stay free when sharing the room. Meals are charged as taken. Max of 2 people per room, additional people will require an upgrade; please discuss directly.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
