Small print

• Voucher is valid for match on Fri 30 Nov 2018 and Sat 1 Dec 2018, departs Gla or Edi Tue 27 Nov 2018, return Sun 2 Dec 2018; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Sept 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Vouchers are non-refundable once confirmed with World Choice Sports.
• Bookings are non-refundable once booked with World Choice Sports.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Twin or double rooms based on two people sharing in a choice of hotels; supplement of £200 per night applies for single travelers, please discuss directly with World Choice Sports.
• Choice of hotel from: dusitD2 Kenz Hotel, Avari Dubai, Deira; you may be offered a different hotel of equal quality.
• Check-in / check-out times vary depending the hotel chosen; please discuss with World Choice Sports.
• Meeting point: Glasgow or Edinburgh airport.
• Minimum age of lead passenger must be over 18. Children permitted but all ticket prices are the same.
• You will be sent a pack and tickets instructing on the exact meeting point by recorded delivery, 4 weeks prior to event.
• All flights will include 1 x check-in baggage: L + W + H max. 158 cm (62 inch) and in total max. 20 kg plus hand luggage.
• You must have a full up-to-date and valid passport and your own travel insurance to cover you in the event of flights not departing due to weather etc.
• You can select seats together if flying with friends – arrange with World Choice Sports.
• Please note transfers are not included.
• Please discuss all medical conditions with World Choice Sports prior to purchase. Health conditions that may require medical clearance are: recent illness, hospitalisation, injury or surgery, existing unstable medical condition, need for additional oxygen or use of medical equipment on board, travelling for medical reasons or treatment.
• Please note that Worldchoice Sports cannot indicate exact locations of seats until tickets are received. Groups of up to six people will always be seated together but larger groups may be split. Nobody will be seated alone unless it is a single person booking.

• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
