• Voucher is valid until Fri 27 Nov 2020, Wed 9.30am - 2.30pm, Thur 9am - 6pm, Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat 8.30am - 5.30pm and Sun 10am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mon - Tue.
• Please note availability is limited Thur & and Fri - Sat so please book early to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1 : Treatment duration approx 30-45 mins.
• Options 2 & 3: Treatment duration approx 2-3 hours. Treatment lasts up to 8 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance. Patch test and consultation required at least 48 hours in advance; please discuss directly with the salon.
• Deal is valid for new talent and stylists. The level of stylist you will get is subject to availability. Friday bookings are more likely to be with new talent.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
