• Voucher is valid from Thu 9 Sep 2021 until at Sat 13 Nov 2021, Thu 9am - 9pm, Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat 8:30am - 5:30pm and Sun 10am - 4pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Mon - Wed.
• Please note availability is limited on Thu, Sat and Sun so please book early to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 29 Oct 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1 : Treatment duration approx. 30-45 mins.
• Options 2 & 3: Treatment duration approx. 2-3 hours. Treatment lasts up to 8 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance. Patch test required at least 48 hours in advance; please discuss directly with the salon.
• Deal is valid for new talent and stylists. The level of stylist you will get is subject to availability.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
