Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Fri 17 Dec 2021, 7 days. Cruises depart at 10.15am, 11.30am, 12.45pm and 2pm; afternoon tea is served 11.30am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 4-5 and 11-12 Dec 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages.
• Duration: 1 hour sailing.
• Under 16s afternoon tea package available at a supplementary charge of £11 for children's menu plus 1 hour sailing; please discuss and book directly with Loch Katrine. Under 5s ticket is £5 and can be purchased directly from Loch Katrine.
• Includes afternoon tea, taken after sailing, in the Steamship Cafe at the Trossachs Pier. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise at time of booking. Tables required back after 1hr 30mins.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Sailings are weather dependent.
• Meeting point for sailing: Trossachs Pier, Loch Katrine, By Callander, Stirling FK17 8HZ.
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
