Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Apr 2021 until Sun 13 Jun 2021, valid 7 days, cruise departs 10.30am, 11.30am, 12.30pm or 1.30pm, lunch is served 11.30am – 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 2 - 5 Apr, 30 Apr - 3 May and 28 - 31 May 2021.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages.
• Family ticket is valid for two adults and two children under 16. Additional children will be charged at £8.50 per head including lunch; payable directly to Loch Katrine.
• Under 5's go free on the boat, mini deal soup & sandwich available at supplementary charge £4.50pp, and must be booked and paid directly from Loch Katrine.
• Dogs permitted for a supplementary charge of £2 per dog.
• Cruise duration: approx. 45mins.
• Meeting point for sailing: Trossachs Pier, Loch Katrine, By Callander, Stirling FK17 8HZ.
• Sailings on MV Lady of the Lake.
• Includes lunch served in the Steamship Café and can be taken before or after sailing. Soup of the day and choice of sandwich only; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise at time of booking. Max of 6 people per table. Tables may be required back after 90mins.
• Wheelchair access not available on boat, however access available in the cafe.
• Up to 2 hours car parking included in the price.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
