• Voucher is valid until Thu 23 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 1 Apr - 17 Oct 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and £25 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked Mon 1 Nov 2021 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only. No telephone bookings accepted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 3 per person.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner options: Includes 3 course meal from set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian and vegan options are available. Gluten / wheat free options are not available. Some supplements may apply; please discuss directly with hotel. 2 night stay: dinner is on first night only. 
• Tables required back after 2 hours.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 2 children permitted; ages 5 and under stay free, ages 6 – 15 require a supplementary charge of £10 per child per night; ages payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
